The seasonal change brought autumn-colored orange and amber leaves to the ground. Many lemons, mandarins, and grapefruit are in nearly every local market—which inspired me to make this fresh citrus dressing. Though this dressing is perfect for a salad during the hot summer months, there are other ways to enjoy it, like with grilled veggies, chicken, or fish.

Let’s talk about grapefruit. Well… I know it’s not everyone’s favorite fruit due to its bitter profile. However, sweet, sticky honey will help cut that bitterness. There is no need to hold back.
